- Enter the Security Code Correctly: This is the three-digit number located on the back of your card.
- Contact Your Card Issuer or Bank: Your card issuer may have declined the payment without providing us with a reason. It’s best to reach out to them or your bank to inquire about the decline.
If you’ve checked all the above and the issue persists, try using another card or a different payment method.
